Father’s Day is right around the corner (this Sunday people!), and if you’re way behind on the gifting/making front, here’s a quick idea. I created this as a downloadable PDF on Scribd (it’s free). Print this out on good heavy paper (or typing paper is just fine), and sit down with the kiddos and help them fill it out (it’s good if they can write to use their own handwriting). Use the box marked “Me and my Dad” to have your kid draw a picture, then present to dad on Sunday. I plan on doing one each year so my husband has a nice collection.

Come back again next year and I’ll have the 2012 version.

While I was searching for printables, I came across several others (here, here, and here), so check those out too. I like all of these, but needed more room for Owen’s handwriting, and wanted a bigger space for his picture, so I made some adaptations. Let me know what you think!
